Skills required: Proven experience in creating growth for direct-to-consumer brands Own the performance of all digital channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content etc) Implement digital strategies to acquire new customers Test different CRM techniques to improve overall customer retention and LTV Have a through and detailed grasp of KPI's including subscription based KPI's Ability to communicate and lead a team of digital marketers Your role will be hands on, both doing and communicating/managing team members.
