Main Duties of the Job
As a Unit Nurse Manager (General), you'll plan, manage, and monitor the delivery of nursing that meets all of our residents' needs. Your responsibilities will include planning rotas, recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, as well as building relationships with local regulators and social services.
