Enterprise Applications, within University IT, is responsible for the robust, flexible, and integrated technology services that enable UWA’s teaching, research, and operational excellence. About the opportunity Deliver high-quality business analysis and process improvement to support the implementation of new and existing products across UWA. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, write user stories, and develop testing strategies to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects. Lead and coordinate functional and user acceptance testing for enterprise applications and systems. About you Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in business/system analysis. Demonstrated experience in system functional analysis, business requirements analysis, process improvement, and testing strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders. SQL writing skills and experience with relational databases and complex enterprise wide systems. Knowledge of the Higher Education sector or Callista Student Information System Experience (desirable).
