Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within South Lanarkshire Adult & Older People Services within the Hamilton Locality for an Operation’s Manager post. This post will support the operational and strategic functions of Adult Services, offering a unique opportunity to develop skills within this role.
Key Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will undertake a key leadership role, being responsible for the management, delivery, and development of their service. They will have direct line management responsibility of front-line staff and will report directly to the Fieldwork Manager. Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be a qualified Social Worker and Council Officer, preferably within a Senior Practitioner role, and must have adequate experience within their social work role. They must also have a knowledge and understanding of Assessment, Self-Directed Support, Risk assessment, and associated legislation underpinning social work practice. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to manage staff.
