Taylor Whitmore is excited to be partnering with an expanding business based in Ipswich who are looking to recruit a Credit Controller on an interim basis to join their close-knit finance team.
Whilst you would join the business on an interim basis, there is a strong possibility the role will become a permanent contract if desired.
Roles/ Responsibilities
* Proactively contacting customers regarding overdue payments and negotiating payment plans
* Assessing credit applications and making recommendations on credit limits
* Monitoring customer accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate action
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses
* Generating reports on credit and collections performance for management review
* Continuously improving credit control processes to optimise efficiency and effectiveness
Skills/ Experience
* At least 1 years Credit Control experience
* Strong Communication skills
* Excel skills- Vlookups and pivot tables would be preferable
