We are recruiting on behalf of an Academy located in a beuatiful coastal village close to the North York Moors National Park and Teeside This school is Ofsted Outstanding. We are seeking to appoint a Coordinator to join the existing inclusion team who work as part of a wider team dedicated to pupil support.
In this role, you will help coordinate and/or deliver the facilitation of 1:1 or small group provisions that may be dictated by Education Health Care Plans, advisory reports from external stakeholders and or SENDCo directives.
Working as part of the Inclusion team, you will promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students with a view to achieving full integration back into mainstream school, following a measurable provision delivered by yourself.
This is a challenging but rewarding role for the right candidate. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and the Inclusion team to manage the room and provide appropriate and personalised timetables for individual students and groups.
This role is a definate Temp to Perm
You will work Monday to Friday - hours TBC but probably 8am -4pm
Our Ideal candidate will have
* At Least 12 month's of UK experience within Secondary Pupil Support
* Fantastic admin and organisation skills
* Strong Rapport building strategies
* Experience in managing reluctant learners
* SEMH or ASD interest or experience
* A DBS ( Enhanced) and on the update service
* Timetabling experience
* EHCP understanding and experience
* A real passion for improving outcomes, both academic and conduct based
* a calm, kind and approachable nature
* Availability for immediate interviews and be able to complet a rapid online registration
