The Position:
We are seeking talented Systems Engineers to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Chief Engineer - Nuclear, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting specialized tooling and equipment systems for a diverse range of projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Own and manage complex tooling systems by setting requirements, verifying performance, and developing maintenance/inspection programs.
2. Monitor performance and review operating experience to identify areas for improvement.
3. Regularly review overall project status, open issues, and lead implementation of recovery plans as necessary.
4. Provide guidance to Project Engineers and Designers in the development and completion of technical deliverables.
5. Foster positive relationships between departments, customers, vendors, and distributors.
What We’re Looking For:
1. An educational background in Engineering or a related discipline.
2. At least 3-5 years of technical leadership in the area of custom automation or specialized equipment.
3. The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
4. Prior experience in the custom automation and/or nuclear industry.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
