Job Responsibilities:
1. Proactive account management of UK customers
2. Generating own leads and developing through to a potential sale
3. Working towards sales targets
4. Negotiating and maintaining contract pricing with current and prospective clients
5. Defend current business while proactively looking for new opportunities
6. Analyse data – Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
7. Account Analysis – Working through product drop offs and looking for sales trends
8. Liaising with customer services regards to new product information and alternatives
9. Researching Unlicensed products
10. Back order maintenance
11. Completing customer quality assessment documentation
12. Tender maintenance
13. Setting up and pricing of new products
14. UK Shortage support
The Person:
15. GCSEs Grade C passes and above, to include English & Maths or equivalent
16. Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
17. Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
18. The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus
19. Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills
20. An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
