The SPA Alliance is also taking on responsibility for the future interconnector pipelines, a further 260km of strategic interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure. In this role, you would be leading the geotechnical input for the SPA framework from both an engineering geology and geotechnical engineering perspective. To support the delivery of the SPA programme, significant investigation works will be required to complete design activities to support efficient, safe and environmentally sound construction. You will be the recognised ‘go-to’ person within SPA for geotechnical activities and issues, overseeing specification activities, coordinating geotechnical outputs and supporting temporary works discussions.
