A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Co-Ordinator to join the team with our prestigious client at their site in Barrow.
Job Description
1. Pulling together all training requirements from all functions.
2. Organising training interventions externally and internally.
3. Managing budgets, prioritizing and dealing with ad hoc requests.
4. Producing reports on budget status regarding training and wastage.
5. Co-ordinating specialist Quality training activities in accordance with relevant processes and procedures.
6. Domain areas include, but are not limited to: Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Assurance, Supplier Improvements, Quality Improvements, Quality Engineering, Quality Reporting, Quality Systems, Quality Records, Strategic Manufacturing, Field Engineers, Receipt Inspection, Site Redevelopment Programme.
7. Working as a fully contributory member of the Quality team.
8. Responsible for demonstrating SHE and responsible business behaviours.
9. Undertaking routine collation of training requirements for each area.
10. Managing own development and understanding of local Management System documentation (policies, procedures, workmanship standards, risk assessments).
11. Leading internal audits and supporting supplier audits.
12. Supporting the management of training budgets and requests with key stakeholders.
13. Analysing data effectively to identify themes and corrective actions regarding training wastage.
14. Contributing in working groups to achieve deliverables and apply Learning from Experience (LfE).
15. Supporting requirements relating to certification activities.
16. Capable of leading and driving a scope of work.
17. Using Company computer systems and software as appropriate.
18. Articulating and delivering Quality objectives.
19. Supporting departmental reviews and liaising with the customer when required.
20. Critiquing and tailoring issues and ideas in written reports and presentations ensuring accuracy and clarity.
21. Supporting the delivery of results via continuous improvement activities.
Knowledge
1. Knowledge of maintaining a training plan.
2. Understanding of Quality Qualification requirements.
3. Knowledge of product safety.
4. Understanding the importance of cross-functional integration.

Qualifications
1. HNC or degree qualified in an appropriate technical discipline or equivalent experience.
2. Eligible to obtain Security Clearance for this role.
