HR Data & Reporting Administrator

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and analysing HR data, ensuring compliance, and providing essential support across all aspects of people data, reporting, and systems. Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Maintaining HR data quality, including employee records and salary information.
- Producing monthly people reports, such as absence and attrition rates.
- Keeping HR systems, spreadsheets, and records up-to-date.
- Conducting annual HR data audits and supporting compliance checks.
- Processing starters, leavers, and payroll changes each month.
- Assisting with the Annual Performance Review process, including data updates and salary record checks.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes, including exploring AI-driven efficiencies.
