Please note this role is required to work a minimum of 8 hours a week.
Responsibilities
1. Providing world-class customer service.
2. Serving as an ambassador for our premium tea and coffee, guiding customers through our expertly curated selection to find their perfect purchase.
3. Consistently achieving daily sales targets.
4. Collaborating closely with your team to foster excellent working relationships.
5. Managing front-facing duties including operating the till, engaging in customer service, and conducting tastings.
6. Handling day-to-day operations such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, managing stock, and banking duties.
7. Leading in-store and on-street tastings to elevate the Whittard product experience.
Qualifications
1. Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
2. Confidence in engaging customers in meaningful product discussions and providing outstanding service and support.
3. A commitment to personal growth and achieving excellence.
4. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
