General Responsibilities
1. Receiving inbound calls and emails and making frequent outbound calls and emails;
2. Scheduling engineers to attend call outs and regularly updating them with their required jobs;
3. Generation and closure of scheduled work orders daily;
4. Overseeing job completion in respect of in-house engineering and subcontractor services;
5. Updating in-house systems and informing external clients regularly of updates;
6. Managing the helpdesk inbox efficiently daily;
7. Constant liaison with engineers, subcontractors, and clients via phone/email;
8. PPM asset management planning via our databases;
9. Responding quickly and effectively to client queries;
10. Raising jobs and purchase orders daily;
11. Always providing excellent customer service;
12. Completing various admin tasks as requested.
Requirements
1. Worked in a familiar field;
2. Experienced working with CAFM (desirable);
3. Great communication skills.
