Job Advert: Residential Property Conveyancer (12+ Months PQE) Kings Lynn
A well-established law firm based in Kings Lynn is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer with at least 12 months PQE to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer looking to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
2. Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout.
3. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
4. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions.
5. Handling client queries and providing expert legal advice on property-related issues.
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines, while maintaining a high standard of service.
Ideal Candidate:
7. At least 12 months PQE in residential property conveyancing, with a solid understanding of the process and relevant legislation.
8. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload and work efficiently under pressure.
9. Excellent communication and client management skills, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
11. Previous experience using case management systems and handling high volumes of transactions is desirable.
