Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of call for customers ringing in to place orders with the business.
Within the role you will handle each call with the best level of client care and will process orders efficiently and effectively to provide the best experience.
You will be also preparing quotations for customers and handling any email enquires coming into the business.
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience ideally within a sales order processing role
Excellent communication skills
Able to multi task and prioritise workload accordingly
A keen eye for detail
Excellent team player
