About the Job�
His Majesty�s Naval Base Clyde (HMNB Clyde) is home to the United Kingdom�s Strategic Nuclear Deterrent, Astute Class Attack Submarines,Sandown Class Mine Hunter Vessels and 43 Cdo Royal Marines. It is an operational support and maintenance base, within the Navy Command TLB and comprises both Faslane and Coulport sites. HMNB Clyde�s primary purpose is to provide engineering and logistical support to the Royal Navy in maintaining Continuous at Sea Deterrent (CASD). This is achieved by ensuring at least one Vanguard Class submarine is on patrol at sea every day of the year. �
RNAD Coulport is responsible for the storage, processing, maintenance and issue of the Trident Weapon System and the ammunitioning of all submarine-embarked tactical weapons.�

We're looking for a dynamic team player who enjoys working with others, thrives on challenges and takes pride in their work. The post holder will assist the Centre Manager in overseeing the smooth and safe running of Drumfork Community Centre, grounds, equipment and most importantly our visitors.�
Specific responsibilities will include:�
Facilitating the use of Drumfork Community Centre by third party organisations, including responsibility for the opening and closing of the facility both in and out with normal working hours and on a roster basis, if required. Cash handling, as well as managing health & safety on site.�
Key relationships:�
The Armed Forces Community and their families, the wider community, customers, hirers, visitors, contractors, One Clyde Community, charities and other local stakeholders.�
Main Duties include:�
1. Develop and maintain the necessary processes to make the centre operate effectively and efficiently�
2. Support the Centre Manager in managing relationships�
3. Work closely with management team to help shape and lead a programme of activities for the Armed Forces and wider community.�
4. Manage the needs of the room hirers and users are met and a high standard of customer service is provided�
5. Ensure the building / premises are made safely available�
6. To be Key-holder for the premises, including any reasonable requests to provide access out with opening hours / weekend events etc.�
7. Administer bookings diary, including taking payments for room bookings�
8. To receive cash and process payments for goods or services�
