About the Role
Love all things motoring and cycling? Great with customers? Your enthusiasm for cars and bikes, combined with your customer service skills, will help you succeed in this role. Experience in fitting car parts and cycle repair is preferred, but we provide training to develop your skills. You'll deliver high standards of service in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
1. Work on customers’ vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store.
2. Perform a range of fitting services including car parts, technology, cycle building, and servicing.
3. Develop practical problem-solving skills and work efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in retail sales and delivering excellent customer service.
* Proactive in helping customers and understanding their needs.
* Availability to work on a rota, including weekends.
Preferred but not essential:
* Knowledge of car parts fitting and cycle repair.
* Experience working towards sales targets.
