Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Sociology, tailored to the needs of a diverse student body.

* Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and supporting their individual learning journeys.

* Engage with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school-related activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Sociology or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
* Proven experience teaching Sociology, preferably within a primary or secondary school setting.
* Strong subject knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the current curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with students and colleagues effectively.
* Ability to differentiate teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
* A passion for teaching and the desire to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
