Street Services is seeking a Business Support Officer (Training & Development) to join its busy Business Support Team.
Street Services has 446 members of staff, and the Business Support Team is responsible for providing a wide range of functions that assist delivery of statutory frontline waste collection and street cleansing services.
Under the supervision of the Training & Development Manager, the successful candidate will:
1. Be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the Street Services Learning Management System.
2. Support the production of training materials.
3. Assist with the development of a service-wide Skills Gap Analysis.
4. Collate monthly training and development performance monitoring statistics.
5. Liaise with external training providers to source training content and delivery.
6. Issue communication of service-wide training bookings, notifications, and updates.
7. Coordinate the day-to-day use of the Street Services training facilities.
You will have exceptional IT and communication skills with excellent customer care. You will also be a good team player who is flexible and willing to adapt to the changing needs of the service. You'll need to be flexible, occasionally working weekends to support service delivery.
