Designer Recruitment are seeking a part-time Sales Support professional for a well-established business in Central London. Our client is an award-winning retailer and manufacturer who specialise in creating luxury interiors. This is a part-time role that would initially require 2 days of working per week. Hours of Work 2 days a week, £200 per day We are seeking a proactive candidate to fuel our client's sales pipeline. This role involves contacting prospective clients, identifying quality leads, and setting up appointments that enable our sales team to engage customers effectively. Success in this role requires outstanding communication skills, CRM proficiency, and a strong interest in design. Sales Support duties: Prospect Engagement : Initiate and manage contacting prospective clients, both consumer and trade, to introduceproduct collections and build awareness of our brands unique value. Lead Qualification : Identify and assess potential leads based on criteria aligned with sales team needs, ensuring that only high-quality, interested leads progress to the next stage. Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate and arrange appointments for design consultations and showroom visits, prioritising leads most likely to convert. Data Management : Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of interactions and lead status within the CRM system, ensuring smooth handovers and streamlined follow-up processes. Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts, share insights, and adjust strategies for optimal engagement. Work closely with marketing team on specific lead generation projects Accountabilities: Lead Generation and Qualification: Generate, qualify, and categorize leads according to our client'sscoring criteria to ensure high-value appointments. Appointment Setting: Meet weekly and monthly targets for showroom and design consultation appointments with qualified prospects. Data Management: Accurately document lead interactions and maintain up-to-date lead statuses in HubSpot. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead quality standards, scripts, and follow-up processes. Reporting and Feedback : Regularly report lead conversion rates, appointment bookings, and insights on lead sources and quality to improve sales funnel efficiency. Process Improvement: Continuously optimize lead outreach and follow-up processes, contributing to streamlined lead management and nurturing. Key Metrics: Daily Call Volume : Goal : 2530 outbound calls per working day. Daily Contact Rate : Reach at least 3040% of total calls made (about 712 successful contacts per day). Daily Conversation Rate (Engaged Leads): Have meaningful conversations with at least 50% of successfully reached contacts (36 per day). Appointment Conversion Rate : Convert 2025% of meaningful conversations into showroom appointments or consultations. Lead Quality Ratio : Maintain a minimum of 70% appointment attendance rate. CRM Data Accuracy : 100% data accuracy for all lead records, including contact details, conversation notes, and follow-up actions.
