HR Advisor Opportunity, Manchester, hybrid We are recruiting on behalf of an excellent Global company for a talented HR Advisor to join their Manchester team on a permanent, full time basis. We are seeking a commercially minded individual who can work in a fast paced environment and build relationships with stakeholders. This company are doing extremely well, and you'll be working as part of a talented HR team whilst supporting the wider business (mostly UK but some international work too). About the role Title: HR Advisor Location: Manchester city centre, hybrid Salary: up to £37K per annum DOE Role: Permanent, full time Benefits: 32 days holiday (inc. BH), life assurance, pension, hybrid working, excellent culture What you'll be doing: Managing your own number of HR Cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance issues, absence management, dismissals etc Supporting Managers across the business providing pragmatic and legally compliant advice. Supporting HRBP's with HR projects. Assisting with onboarding new employees and general HR admin duties (from offer stage onwards). Continually looking for ways to improve processes and procedures. Producing HR reports and presenting back. Using the HR system, maintaining accurate data. Supporting employees with any HR queries. Requirements What experience are we looking for? Previous HR Advisor experience and enjoys handling a varied caseload. Excellent communication and written skills. Able to work effectively in a busy and fast paced role and environment. Excellent IT skills including MS Office, and HR systems. Excellent attention to detail. Methodical in your approach with a problem solving mindset. CIPD level 5 preferred but not essential.
