Your Role in the School
As a Temporary Cover Supervisor, you will:
1. Maintain a calm and structured learning environment
2. Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs in and out of the classroom
3. Build strong, positive relationships with students
4. Encourage engagement, independence, and self-confidence
5. Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to ensure consistency
