What You’ll Do Conduct scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits to ensure optimal system performance. Undertake remedial works, including controller upgrades, software modifications, and panel improvements. Participate in small project works, such as new panel installations and commissioning. Compile detailed reports highlighting recommendations and remedial actions. Join the on-call rota (currently 1 in 6 weeks) to provide essential client support. What You’ll Bring A strong understanding of building management systems; experience with systems such as TREND, TRIDIUM/NIAGARA, or HONEYWELL is highly desirable. A solid electrical background and IT literacy. Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
