Are you passionate about driving sales and building customer relationships? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our OTC Direct team! In this role, you will play a key part in achieving our monthly gross profit and KPI targets while promoting our exciting product range.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve individual and company sales targets through proactive outreach.

Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily with at least 3.5 hours of talk time.
*
Promote Health & Beauty products to customers and identify new opportunities.
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with your customer base through daily engagement.
*
Utilize various ordering methods to increase customer spend and generate additional gross profit.
*
Collaborate effectively with Area Account Managers and Customer Solutions teams.
*
Adapt to the fast-paced nature of the industry and negotiate win-win solutions with customers.
*
Stay informed about the OTC Direct product range and market offerings.
*
Provide valuable market insights and customer feedback to management.
*
Efficiently manage incoming orders from multiple sources.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
• GCSE in Maths and English would be preferable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have the ability to build excellent relationships – both internal and external customers
• Ability to work well under pressure - target driven
• IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
• Good organisational skills
