Key Responsibilities: Lead your team in delivering unparalleled service to our guests. Drive the hub’s operations, ensuring targets and objectives are met. Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for the hub, monitoring progress and reporting results. Make strategic management decisions to enhance profitability and secure long-term success. Establish and maintain effective controls encompassing financial, non-financial, and health and safety aspects of the business. Foster a cohesive local management team, nurturing their growth and boosting their performance. Implement our people strategy at the local level, embedding efficient recruitment, people management, and development strategies to create a culture of engagement and retention. Essential Criteria: Qualification required of the role: First Aid at Work and Pool Plant Operator (training available) Significant experience in managing in the leisure/spa or hospitality sector.
