Key Responsibilities
* Customer Support: Provide expert technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting software issues and offering innovative solutions.
* Training and Onboarding: Deliver comprehensive product training sessions to ensure customers achieve optimal results with our software.
* Documentation and Resources: Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, tutorials, and best practices documents to support customer success.
* Product Demonstrations: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver engaging live product demos and technical explanations.
Requirements
* Experience: 2+ years in an Applications Engineering or Technical Support role, preferably within the CNC or CAD/CAM software industries.
* CNC Knowledge: Strong understanding of CNC processes, machine setup, and basic manufacturing principles.
* Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software; experience with Vectric products is highly desirable.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging training sessions.
