The role:
As the CRM Manager, you'll join the Marketing Team and drive impactful customer communications. You'll shape the CRM strategy, enhance engagement, and maximise retention across email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute CRM strategies to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Manage customer communication journeys, ensuring seamless onboarding and lifetime engagement.
