This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Key Worker to support 2-4-year-olds in their early development, working closely with the Class Teacher in a nurturing environment. This long-term, full-time position starts ASAP and continues until the end of the academic year. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for: Supporting the Class Teacher in delivering the Early Years curriculum. Acting as a Key Worker for a group of children, ensuring their progress and well-being. Encouraging learning through play, following the Birth to Five framework. Maintaining a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Observing and assessing children's development in line with EYFS standards. Supporting children with additional needs as required. Required Skills and Experience: Previous UK school experience is essential. A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years. Strong knowledge of the EYFS Foundation Stage and Nursery and Reception age groups. Experience working as a TA or Key Worker with children aged 2-4 years. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
