You’ll oversee the smooth operation of virtual office services, workspaces, and benefits administration. From handling client mail, providing administrative support and forwarding calls, you’ll ensure services run seamlessly. Whether you’re meeting potential tenants/clients or supporting team operations, your contribution will be valuable. Mail Handling: Securely manage client mail with the utmost confidentiality. Financial Support: Assist with invoicing, credit control, and performance reporting. Project Involvement: Contribute to exciting projects like CRM updates, new product launches, and competitor analysis. Marketing Support: Keep in-house marketing displays fresh and impactful. Administration: Coordinate the client compliance administration What We’re Looking For Experience: Office administration or customer service experience are essential.
