Principal Resourcing are seeking an engaging and confident Advanced Teaching Assistant to join the supportive staff team at one of our Specialist Provision Schools based in Harrogate. The full-time role is available with immediate start and will provide support 5 days per week for pupils with complex SEN and SEMH needs within specialist provision, to enhance the learning environment and deliver high-quality intervention and support.

We are seeking applications from confident, patient and resilient Teaching Assistants seeking a new challenge within SEMH provision. You will join a supportive team, working Mon-Thurs 8.30-4pm and Fri 8.30-3pm to ensure consistent and high-quality intervention and learning opportunity for all pupils within your care. Ideal applicants will have:
* Understanding of SEN/SEMH needs
* Experience working with children across Primary/Secondary
* Knowledge of reasons that impact behaviour
* Willingness to engage with training on Trauma, Mental Health and Therapeutic CPD
* An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
* Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
