We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated EMEA Content Marketing Manager that is strategic yet hands on to help us elevate our content marketing efforts.
You will take the lead in developing an insight focussed content strategy and support development of campaigns that align with our business objectives across the EMEA region. In this role you will write short and long form thought leadership content in addition to producing marketing materials for product/services across all our channels supporting touch points throughout the customer/broker journey. Additionally, you will oversee the translation process of content for key EMEA markets.
You will work with the wider EMEA marketing team, our underwriters, claims teams and risk engineers to help bring out the experience and expertise that Chubb can bring to our clients and brokers. You will also be commissioning work to freelancers on occasion.
You will join forces with our Global Content Center of Excellence based in North America bringing the best of content developed outside of EMEA to the region.
The role is based in London, with the opportunity to work from home two days a week, and reports to the Head of Marketing Communications and Brand EMEA; is part of the 15 people strong regional team supporting 27 countries. In addition, you will work with 20+ marketing and communication colleagues in the EMEA countries. We pride ourselves in being a truly collaborative best practice sharing team. We serve high net worth individuals providing motor, home and valuables insurance; SME, middle market, and large corporate business providing property, casualty as well as accident and health insurance in addition to risk engineering and multinational servicing propositions. We are an intermediated business working closely with our broker partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain relationships with business partners to ensure up-to-date knowledge on customer and broker issues, market trends and competitor activity
2. Create and manage an editorial calendar through an editorial committee and the Global Content Center of Excellence. Manage the production of content ensuring deadlines are met.
3. Write, edit, and proofread high quality content for all channels, email, website, social, events, promotional materials, and insight pieces in addition to collaborating with external agencies and freelancers on content development and translations. Ensure that all content adheres to Chubb communication guidelines.
4. Manage the production of marketing collateral including developing agency briefs, adhering to Chubb Communications guidelines, translations, and distribution.
5. Develop smaller marketing campaigns targeting specific segments with the aim of acquiring and retaining new business.
6. Manage smaller ad hoc projects.
7. Support the Head of Marketing Communications and Brand on larger projects.
We are looking for a colleague with content marketing experience from the insurance or other regulated industry. You are still early in your career and looking for the next career step. Insurance experience is not a must if you are curious about our business and a quick learner, who can absorb the relevant knowledge about the business and areas you are supporting. Experience in collaborating with teams across various countries in EMEA is a plus.

• proven work experience as a Content marketing manager
• excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• a passion for creating and maintaining quality content across all channels (email, web, content, social, SEO, advertising) via compelling story telling.
• Project management skills.
• a solid experience of all aspects of digital including writing for SEO.
• a great attention to detail, sense of design and experience in working within brand guidelines.
• experience managing external agencies and multiple stakeholders to deliver collateral on time, to budget and quality.
• comfortable with using marketing technology. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AEM, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and digital asset management platforms.
• An appetite to continuously learn.
