Can you help support our patients to access a variety of services including creative therapy activities, wellbeing, emotional support, appointments with specialist doctors and therapists? This role involves using your own vehicle to transport more independently mobile patients between their homes and the Hospice so that they can access these vital services. Travel expenses will be reimbursed. We offer care to patients and their carers in the Hospice’s In-Patient Unit, through the St Gemma’s community team, and via our day services, which include a Day Hospice and Out-Patient Department.
