Main duties of the job As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Dealing with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times Assisting in the patient drop in service, answering queries and taking paperwork from patients Provide a high quality admin service to the healthcare team Coordinate clinics and chase referrals (internal and external) Arrange and chase hospital appointments, prisoner release and transfers, and arrange appointments for follow on care If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.
