What you’ll be doing: Engage with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring they feel heard and valued. Retain and delight customers by actively listening, solving problems, and recommending the best solutions using our product toolkit. Stay on top of your workload, prioritizing tasks to meet customer satisfaction goals. Maintain GDPR compliance and ensure customer data is accurately entered. Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them efficiently, collaborating with other departments when needed. Handle order returns, issue refunds, and address payment disputes. Respond to customer reviews and interact with our social media audience. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company campaigns, and promotions. What we’re looking for: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, particularly focused on retention or commercial customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
