Your role as Administrator will be to provide administration support to the Apprenticeship Team. This role is part-time working 18 hours a week 7 hours Wednesday & Thursday, 6 hours on a Friday This role is term time only working 45 weeks per year with 2 weeks holiday at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August Job title: Part-time Administrator Job Description: What you'll be doing: Providing support to the Exams office by administering exams papers, filing, making sure exam papers are stored and sent off correctly. Produce, update and manage Apprenticeship learner forms and files Allocating invigilators and classrooms for exams Settling up classrooms in preparation for exams Administration of apprentices taking a break from learning or being discharged What we're looking for: Previous experience as an Administrator Good communication skills both written and verbal Good IT skills (MS Office) Must have excellent attention to details Ability to attain UK SC clearance About Selborne Selborne is a wide scale, 12 year transformation of Royal Navy Training. The contract worth GBP 1 billion was awarded in December 2020 to a consortium led by Capita to deliver and modernise training for the RN.
