What We Need From You:
* Be able to work on a flexible schedule.
* Be approachable and have good customer service skills.
* Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Demonstrate a reliable and flexible work ethic.
* Provide a full 5-year checkable history.
* Have or be willing to obtain a basic disclosure (Non-SIA candidates only).
What You Will Be Doing:
* Extend a warm and professional welcome to venue visitors.
* Screen individuals for entry suitability.
* Collaborate with clients, customers, and colleagues.
* Conduct searches for unauthorized or illegal items.
* Respond promptly and efficiently to incidents within queues or the venue.
* Offer customer support and manage incidents both inside and outside the venue.
* Maintain a security presence to ensure smooth operations and enhance the customer experience.
