Role Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Slot Administrator/Supervisor to work within the Gynaecology and Paediatric Outpatient Booking Office as part of a job share (Monday and Tuesday). The post is based in the Centre for Women's Health Clinic Area 1. You will be dealing with members of the public and linking in with medical and administration staff at all levels both face to face and over the telephone.

Making appointments and setting up clinics for Consultants and supervising a small team of Booking Clerks/Receptionists.
The post is predominantly office-based but you may be expected to provide cover on the reception if required. The ideal candidate must have a flexible "can do attitude", the ability to use their initiative with excellent communication/interpersonal and IT skills. The successful candidate will have strong administration and organisational skills, along with a passion for excellence and an ability to supervise a small team.
Working Pattern: 16 hours per week, preference to be worked over 3 days (Mon-Wed), may consider a 2 working pattern.
