SHEQ Manager vacancy in Maidstone -Kent (050DM)
As our client's SHEQ Manager, you’ll lead health & safety, environmental, and quality initiatives across multiple sites.
You’ll work closely with site teams to ensure best practices are followed, risk is minimized, and standards are upheld.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive real change and make an impact from the front line.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Champion health & safety across the company, ensuring a safety-first culture.
2. Oversee SHEQ compliance on sites, focusing on safe work methods and risk reduction.
3. Support site management teams in maintaining up-to-date documentation and incident reporting.
4. Lead and assist in external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
5. Provide guidance on systems such as HandsHQ, MyCompliance, IMS, SharePoint, and PeopleSafe.
6. Deliver SHEQ-related training to support our teams.
What You Need to Succeed:
1. NEBOSH Certification or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
2. Full UK Driving Licence – essential due to site travel.
3. Experience in health & safety, site inspections, and incident reporting.
4. Passion for Safety, Health, and Environmental best practices.
