The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years experience in a building services consultancy, including a proven track record in managing large multidisciplinary teams. A Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. Proficiency in Revit MEP is essential, and familiarity with Hevacomp is highly valued. You should bring comprehensive expertise in U-value, heat loss, and heat gain calculations, along with advanced knowledge in pipe sizing for systems such as LTHW, CHW, HWS, and CWS. In addition, you must have experience in pump, duct, and fan sizing, thermal modelling, and leading the full lifecycle of complex, large-scale projects. Strong business acumen and experience in managing client relationships are essential for success in this role. As a Mechanical Associate Director, you will take a central leadership role within the Building Services team, driving both project delivery and business development. You will work closely with the executive team, influencing strategic decisions, managing client relations, and ensuring that all projects meet both technical and commercial objectives.
