They are happy to consider both experienced property professionals and those with strong customer service / sales experience wanting to get into the industry.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
1. This is a commission-only position with 50% on properties let, increasing to 80% based on performance
2. £50,000 - £100,000 OTE tax-free in your first year – top earners can earn up to £200,000 tax-free!

Lettings Negotiator requirements:
10. Passion for property
11. Experience within the property industry isn't essential to be considered for this position but would be an advantage
12. Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close for business
13. Excellent customer service
14. Driving licence
15. Interpersonal skills are essential to be successful
As a Lettings Negotiator, your duties will involve the following:
16. Arrange and conduct property showings and presentations to potential tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties.
17. Building your own brand using social media and networking events
18. Manage and build strong customer relationships
19. Marketing your properties with the assistance of the in-house marketing team
20. Arrange and attend meetings with tenants / owners
21. Maintain records using the internal company CRM and software
22. Coordinate and supervise transactions until the moment of payment by the tenants
23. Source properties within your assigned patch with the intention of leasing them on behalf of the owner
24. Qualifying leads, both tenants and owners
25. Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape
