About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Client Services Advisor to support our Client Services Supervisor in delivering a first-class client experience. From order monitoring to shipment and delivery, you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive a seamless service.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client requests effectively. You will also oversee project management for production jobs, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all client orders are processed and delivered on time, liaising with carriers when necessary.
* Maintain seamless and engaging communication with clients, including onboarding new accounts.
* Manage end-to-end project execution, always looking for ways to improve service offerings.
* Monitor backorders and manage returns efficiently.
* Support operations in service delivery.
* Handle client requests via email and telephone, ensuring a professional and solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience & Skills
* Previous experience in fulfilment, production, or eCommerce.
* Proven ability to manage client accounts and meet deadlines.
* Experience with B2B and B2C project delivery.
* Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
* A solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience working within an operational team.
Qualifications
* Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English (Grade C or above)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* A strong work ethic - no task is too small
