This role will lead digital communications with our customers to provide them with the knowledge and experience that enable them to get maximum value from their investment in our products.
We are looking to hire a Product Marketing Executive to join our Market Intelligence Go To Market division. This role will be part of a dedicated drive for greater Customer Satisfaction, Product Usage and Engagement and will work closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager.
The key drives for the role are:
1. Work within our established Customer Success function with a focus on owning the delivery of content launches for our Market Intelligence products, quarterly newsletters and ensure these are delivered on time.
2. To develop digital marketing campaigns that engage our clients and highlight the benefits of the tools available to them to promote retention, increase renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
3. As a product expert, you will directly interact with colleagues in customer success, sales, research, product and other marketing teams to proactively drive customers' engagement with our products.
4. This role is key to our mission to put customers and their experience with our services at the heart of our business to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be a product expert – lead on the tools we should be highlighting to customers in our marketing communications to drive product usage.
2. Lead digital communication with contributors via our content launches using email, social, web and in-house channels.
3. Brand awareness and positioning – ensure all customer communication support and advances the core brand message.
4. Data-driven – report on campaign successes and use data to inform further messaging.
5. Strong understanding of customer personas to effectively segment our communications.
6. Guardian of the customer experience.
7. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
8. Understand sales processes to build training guides for all customer-facing members of the team.
9. Work in a collaborative, cross-team capacity and communicate effectively across an organisation, with an ability to justify new ideas with data.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. A digital marketer.
2. Ability to communicate effectively on the phone, by email and in person to stakeholders at all levels.
3. Self-motivated and driven.
4. Problem-solving.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to plan and prioritise workload.
6. Highly organised and adaptable to emerging priorities.
7. Interested in learning - curious, and comfortable asking questions.
8. A solid teammate - able to work without supervision or collaborate as appropriate.
9. You will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing positions in B2B organisations. Experience with a marketing automation platform (or a revenue platform such as Clari) is desired but not essential.
