We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Interim Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to join our finance team and help manage the day-to-day operations of the AP function during an exciting period of growth and transition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
* Oversee the month-end and year-end AP close processes, ensuring deadlines are met and financial records are accurate.
* Review and approve payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Handle supplier queries and resolve any disputes in a professional and efficient manner.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency.
* Provide training and guidance to the AP team, ensuring continuous professional development.
* Assist in the preparation of audits and any other ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
* Monitor AP KPIs and implement improvements where necessary.
