Program Coordinator – Training & Events
Location: London, UK – Hybrid
Rate – £265-£280 a day inside IR35 – Paid Via Umbrella

Are you driven to create outstanding learning experiences and adept at managing event logistics? We’re seeking a Program Coordinator to help support and measure the success of training programs across a diverse, multi-region landscape.
In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with the Programs & Deployment team to plan and execute high-impact training events and workshops. Your role will involve coordinating stakeholders, managing event logistics, and expanding training initiatives through partner platforms, ensuring a smooth, high-quality learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Event Execution: Coordinate face-to-face events for up to 50 attendees, liaising with events teams and service providers to deliver seamless experiences.
* Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear communication with internal teams across 30+ countries, organizing speakers, setting agendas, and finalizing schedules.
* Training Content Delivery: Support regional teams in expanding training content on partner LMS platforms, monitoring content engagement, and addressing any needs or gaps.
* Process Improvement: Track the impact of training initiatives, document processes, and create playbooks to streamline future events.
Skills and Competencies
* Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new tools and systems.
* Relationship Building: Skilled in engaging with diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel and Keynote, with an eagerness to adopt new tech tools as needed.
* Cultural Insight: Familiarity with working across multi-language, multi-cultural regions, bringing cultural sensitivity to every interaction.
