The candidate should
have a strong technical background and be able to work within a team environment, supporting the design delivery of existing projects and growth of the existing client base. Previous experience of and familiarity with the local Civil Engineering market is desirable.
Job responsibilities
1. Delivery of highways design projects including client liaison, technical review and budget control
2. Manage highways design team locally and interface with other offices and design disciplines
3. Support local management team in developing office capabilities and client base
Desirable
4. Experience of working on major highways projects
5. Autocad, MicroDrainage and Civil 3D software
6. Knowledge of section 38/S278 Highways agreements
7. Knowledge of drainage design and Section 104 agreements
Required qualifications
8. Chartered Engineer with BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or similar
