We are currently seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a receptionist at our busy clinic in Crewe. You will play a crucial role in providing front-of-house services for our Child and Young People's Mental Health Service, which encompasses a range of Mental Health and Wellbeing Services.
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, always ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. We are a supportive, competent, and caring team dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to young people in our community. Main duties of the job
This role involves managing telephone enquiries for our Children's Mental Health services in Crewe. You will interact with service users, carers, families, and professionals, efficiently handling or redirecting calls as appropriate.
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate an enthusiastic, professional, and approachable demeanour at all times. A flexible "can do" attitude, along with the ability to use initiative and common sense, is essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must, as delivering exceptional service is key to this role.
Training will be provided.
