Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative at Westdown Camp in Wiltshire.
As the Site Operative you will be responsible for looking after the buildings on the camp by carrying out housekeeping and maintenance duties. You will be part of a small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do.

Main Responsibilities
1. To ensure that the Training Estate Facilities are fit for purpose.
2. Looking after the camp's general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose.
3. Cleaning offices, communal facilities, and accommodation blocks, including ablutions and shower blocks.
4. Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
5. Stock management.
6. Complete all relevant documentation utilizing both IT and paper-based systems.
7. Carry out any other additional requirements as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Understanding of Health and Safety and Safe Systems of Work.
2. Experience of cleaning to a specified standard (desirable).
3. General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to complete documentation.
6. Basic IT skills.
7. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence due to the rural location of this site (essential).
