We are looking for a Facility Supervisor to join our friendly and professional team at Rhosnesni Leisure and Activity Centre. We are looking for someone to be responsible for the day to day operation of the facilities, including opening up and closing down of the centre. You will be supervising the operation, ensuring a high level of service is being delivered, along with complying with Health and Safety guidelines. Hours: Casual hours, as and when available Requirements Ensure effective supervision of activities and safe operation Able to demonstrate customer care principles, practices and procedures Previous work within a sports centre in a supervisory capacity consisting of at least a pool and sports/ fitness facilities Able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of health and safety management Able to demonstrate a knowledge of the day to day operation of a public swimming pool including written operating procedures and technical plant operations Apply rules, regulations and codes of practice fairly and consistently with customers Benefits We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
