Location: Scotland Central Belt: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Livingston, Bathgate, East Kilbride, Hamilton, Wishaw, Cumbernauld, Motherwell, Paisley and Falkirk
An excellent opportunity for a Field Service Engineer or ex HM Forces Engineer (RAF, Navy or REME), with a background in electrical-mechanical or electronic high-value equipment, to join a market-leading manufacturer of medical imaging systems, offering full and comprehensive product training and very good career progression.
Overall Earnings: £45K in year one, rising to £50K and beyond after training in year two

The Role: Medical Field Service Engineer, MRI Imaging Systems
You will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of their range of highly advanced MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging systems at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the Scottish Central Belt region.
Your Background: Medical Field Service Engineer, MRI Imaging Systems
To apply you should be able to demonstrate the following:
1. Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment, either electro-mechanical or electronic.
2. Applications welcome from Service Engineers with a HM Forces background, RAF, Navy or REME, or from the medical, laboratory, print press, packaging, industrial, scientific or airport security based X-ray or Imaging equipment, or any other industrial or commercial high-value capital equipment background.
3. Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical or another relevant technical discipline.
4. Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments.
5. Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
6. Full UK driving licence.
