About the Role
Express Recruitment is partnering with an industry-leading commercial vehicle business, based near Coalville, which has ambitious growth plans. We are recruiting an experienced Business Development Professional.
Responsibilities
1. Line manage a team of 2 sales executives.
2. Proactively seek new business opportunities using various sources.
3. Develop and maintain a prospective customer database.
4. Manage and build the sales pipeline.
5. Understand the commercial vehicle market sector.
6. Update CRM system with leads and opportunities.
7. Assist in purchasing fleets from prospects.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a similar B2B sales role.
* Knowledge of the commercial vehicle market is highly advantageous.
* Experience working with KPIs and targets.
* Client-facing B2B sales experience.
